*The videos won't play or the video player looks weird.

We're happy to help! 99% of the time, our videos work just fine. When they don't, we've found there are very simple fixes. Usually, it's due to browsers and how they're configured.

Please follow all the steps below. EACH STEP IS IMPORTANT.

1. Make sure your browser is UPDATED.

Go to your browser's About menu item to see if it needs to be updated. If it needs an update, follow the browser's prompts to update it to the most current version. You may or may not have to restart your browser. (Browsers are Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc...)

2. Make sure Flash Player is INSTALLED & UPDATED.

Go here and follow the steps to make sure Flash Player is installed at the most current version:

3. Make sure Flash Player is ENABLED for your browser (because browsers may disable it without your knowledge).

Choose the link for your browser(s) and follow the steps to ensure Flash Player is ENABLED for your browser.

Your videos should now play without issue!
If you continue to have issues playing with videos, you may have an anti-virus program or firewall interfering with video performance. Be sure to check those, too! (Because there are many anti-virus and firewall scenarios, we're unable to give general steps on how to configure these; but we're happy to help over email however we can.
