*How can I cancel my membership?
Oh, no! We're sorry to see you go, but we do understand.
If there's anything we can do to help you get more from your membership so you'll stick around, please let us know.
If you decide you still wish to cancel, follow these steps:
- Go to the Member Area.
- Log in.
- Go to Account > Subscriptions & Billing page.
- Click the Cancel link under your subscription details.
Please note: Our membership info page and order form both state that memberships are recurring and can be canceled or changed at any time. However, we are not able to issue refunds for past charges that are outside the 30-day guarantee window.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or membership in the first 30 days of a new subscription, we will happily give a full refund.
