What if I have a different brand electric pressure cooker, not the Instant Pot?

You can use it! In this Challenge, we don't use any special functions. You'll easily be able to follow the instructions with the brand of machine you own, as long as it has a High Pressure setting where you can adjust the amount of pressure cooking time desired.
