I'm gluten-free (or wheat-free). Will this Challenge work for me?
The recipes in this challenge (with the exception of the crackers) have been tested with the gluten-free alternatives we'll share with you. :)
Having said this, we can't guarantee that all the recipes will work for you, as there are variables with humidity, strength of starter, and other ingredients. I'm sure this is not a surprise. :)
Also be aware that you will have to make a gluten-free sourdough starter according to our provided instructions (or acquire one) and then use a blend of gluten-free flours in place of the regular flours.
