What if there are some days when I can't do the assignments?

Throughout the 14 days of the Challenge, we built in catch-up days each week on Saturday and Sunday. Plus we'll leave the Challenge materials available on our site through the end of November (more than a full month after the Challenge ends).

So, if you really want to incorporate healthy sourdough in your life for a healthier digestive and immune system, and to save money and get more flexibility over store-bought options, then you will be able to succeed with this no matter if you're a bit busy in October or not!
